Abstract Technology embarked on a website development concerning the contents' upload and streaming for a UK client. (19 Apr, 2005)

Abstract Technology is helping a UK client incorporate the functions of contents' upload and streaming into the existing platform. The client is a UK company dedicating to innovation in the delivery of movies with over 15 years' experience and over 7 years of operation online.

The website hosts customers' contents and streams them to other customers paying the original customers who uploaded the contents. Abstract Technology is required to incorporate streaming video and ftp upload to the website. The ftp element is used to upload and encode video contents. Customers are allowed to upload mpeg and avi files which need to be converted to wmv format to a streaming server.

At present, our .Net development team is working on the version 1 under smooth progress.
