Rupert Lung FBCS CITP (Managing director)
Rupert founded Abstract Technology Limited in 2004. As the founder and Managing Director of ATL, Rupert is responsible for strategic direction of the company. He has been devoting to cultivate his honesty, can-do attitude and enthusiastic personalities into company operation spirit, building up a professional team, which is one of the critical factors to ATL success.
Rupert is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner with extensive project management experience and over 25 years system/software development experience.

Anthony Wong (Senior project manager)
Anthony plays a fundamental role in the management of large offshore projects.
He is a professional result-focus project management with solid experience in client/server technology and over 20 years IT experience.
He has implemented a portfolio of projects varying sizes and complexities, of multiple and virtual teams, delivering against demanding business, commercial and technical objectives, before time, exceeded quality and within budget.
He has full project life cycle experience including initiation, analysis, design, planning, budgeting, costing, resourcing, risk and issue management.
He has proven track record of managing and delivering multi-tiered business critical systems in a rapidly changing business world.
He has a strong leadership, good people management, excellent communication and organisational skills and able to develop key relationships within the business, combined with a high level of business awareness plus the ability to make timely and decisive contributions of concurrent projects.
His duties include defining and documenting user requirements, creating functional specifications and technical system specifications, monitoring progress, communicating with clients and overseeing staff members on the project team, while assuring the highest levels of quality, satisfaction, the time-line and within the business scope.

Manish Shah (Senior project manager)
Manish plays a pivotal role in the management of large offshore projects.
He has a professional PRINCE2 practitioner/APMP (IPMA Level D)/ITIL Foundation/Learning Tree certification in IT management and project management qualification with extensive experience in hybrid technology and over 18 years IT experience.
He experienced in managing multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities, of multiple and virtual teams, delivering against demanding business, commercial and technical objectives, to time, to quality and to budget.
He has full project life cycle experience including initiation, analysis, design, planning, budgeting, costing, resourcing, risk and issue management.
He has proven track record of managing and implementing integrated applications in a rapidly changing business world.
He has a strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, combined with a high level of business awareness plus the ability to make timely and decisive contributions of concurrent projects.
His duties include defining and documenting user requirements, creating functional specifications and technical system specifications, monitoring progress, communicating with clients and overseeing staff members on the project team, while assuring the highest levels of quality, satisfaction, the time-line and within the business scope.

Vico Cheng (Senior service/quality manager)
Vico is a vital part of our quality/service management in our offshore projects.
He is a qualified professional in BS15000 information technology service management and ISO9000 quality management system with over 20 years IT experience..
He has in–depth knowledge and experience of e-Commerce technology, and have implemented many traditional banking system with latest internet technology.
He has a good business knowledge in core banking, corporate banking, investment banking, payment and settlement system. Capable to handle complicated user requirements of financial system.
He has a strong technical background with hands on experiences in developing complex, mission critical, financial system. Experiences in developing application from traditional mainframe environment to latest web base system.
He has an extensive knowledge in architecture design to integrate application system on a multi-vendor, multi-platform, multi-system environment.
With his vendor management and service contract negotiation experience, he has successful implementing many large data center outsourcing contracts.
He has experiences in IT operation procedure and policy set-up, especially in system quality management system.

H. Y. Chu (Senior business analyst)
He has many years customer-face during his 20 years in the IT industry, he acts as a point of contact between the customers and IT throughout the entire project life cycle, identifying issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions to ensure accurate planning; and participating in the planning, execution and validation of system.
He is responsible for all client-orientated systems including electronic banking system, web/phone banking system, ATM / Virtual ATM system, internal e-mail system, and stock trading system.
He has proven structured business analysis techniques (e.g. process schema, requirements catalogue). Knowledge of and expertise working with best practice financial reporting processes.
His main duties include performing analysis of business/functional requirements for both project and business as usual activities.
He has excellent experience working with users and be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels.
