Abstract Technology successfully completed the development of a XML project for a US client. ( 14 Feb, 2005)

Abstract Technology recently finished a XML project for a US client who is the driving force in Manufacturing Process Management (MPM) solutions, helping global manufacturers to expand revenue potential and reduce costs by enhancing manufacturing ability to support the business strategy of choice.

The client wanted us to upgrade a navigation tree that generated on the client end to display the content of the XML data. The tree is displayed in a frame that is sent JavaScript on server end and client end that applies an XSL to the XML and the output was JavaScript that creates a tree very similar to what we see in the Windows Explorer. The JavaScript supports filters so that users can make settings to limit what nodes are displayed in the tree. Abstract Technology creates a style sheet to modify the content of XML data that is used to transport dimensional data from the server to users and makes what strings were displayed in the tree configurable.

Abstract Technology's assigned XML experts quickly got familiar with the original system and implemented the enhancement efficiently.
