Abstract Technology successfully completed a Security Incident Response System for an Australian client. (5 Feb, 2005)

Abstract Technology recently accomplished a Security Incident Response System for an Australian client who is an Australia's leading IT service provider that specializes in helping its global customers plan, build and support their IT infrastructures.

The client turned to Abstract Technology to develop a complete new system. This was a role-based system which was used to report incidents and assign repair tasks to the related engineers so that the incidents were handled in time to avoid the disasters' generation.

Abstract Technology's .NET engineers finished the development work in a very short period relying on their extensive experience in application development. The system was build on Microsoft .NET 2003 and Windows 2003, applied Application Building Blocks and Windows Authorization Manager. Our proven development framework was successfully adopted in the system, which ensured the stability, scalability and security of the system.
