Development of an Active Directory solution for Dimension Data. (5 July, 2004)

Abstract Technology software development, the offshore outsourcing leader in UK, today announced the successful completion of the active directory update project for Dimension Data, a leading global systems integrator that plan, build and support IT infrastructure.

The project objective was to design and develop a web tool for a customized provisioning system for Active Directory and Exchange 2003 which allows for account creation, updates, moves and deletion. It was entirely web-based and built on Microsoft's .NET technology platform. The solution involved development using ASP.NET, C#, ADSI, and other web based technologies.

Through this engagement, Abstract Technology's capability has been recognized by Dimension Data strengthening the relationship between the two companies. With this successful project, Dimension Data and Abstract Technology will cooperate further. New projects are currently being planned and defined.
