Abstract Technology and Cotzgen Group have agreed in principle on the partnership of bidding on Offshore Software Development Projects together. The partnership will leverage the strength of the 2 companies to expand the coverage of market of both sides. Abstract Technology offers Offshore Development Center in Beijing China with low cost and high efficiency, while Cotzgen's strength is their local presence of business consultancy resources in the US. The 2 companies expect to obtain the first contract in early 2006.
